3. The writ petition is filed challenging the order dated 03.02.2015 of the first respondent.
4. The only grievance of the petitioner is that though the complaint was given in respect of the suppression in the quantum of amount received in the sale deed, according to him, even the guideline norms is only Rs.7 lakhs, rightly it has been registered for Rs.23 Lakhs. Though there is a sale agreement, which has been produced by the opposite party, she has not been examined. Though he has given an explanation, that has not been properly considered. Therefore, the present notice demanding for the payment of the entire amount is not sustainable. Hence, the writ petition.
5. The petitioner himself on the notice issued by the department dated 16.09.2014 calling upon for compounding, he himself voluntarily compounded the agreement. Since the matter has been compounded, he cannot now challenge that order. Hence, the writ petition is not maintainable https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
