ORDER
It is an application seeking a direction to the respondents and their officials not to harass the petitioner and his family members unnecessarily against law under the guise of enquiry.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that despite the respondent police issued summons, the petitioner refused to receive the same and evaded the proceedings and therefore, the respondents called him frequently for enquiry. The learned Government Advocate has also submitted that if the petitioner is appearing for enquiry on 27.06.2016, his presence may not be required further. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4.In view of the above submission, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police for interrogation on 27.06.2016.
5.This Criminal Original Petition is closed with the above observation.
