ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 341, 324, 307, 302 and 506(ii) of IPC in Crime No.161 of 2017, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent and the learned counsel for the defacto complainant.

3.It appears that it is a brutal murder of an innocent person and it will have to be probed. It is a matter for investigation. It is not a case of false implication.
