ORDER

This Petition is filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to give adequate Police Protection to the petitioner and his family members for their life and liberty from the respondents 3 to 6.

2. The gist of the allegation is that the petitioner attempted to fence his property, the private respondents who are closely related to the petitioner, had prevented the petitioner from fencing the property.

3. It appears that there is a land dispute between the petitioner and the private respondents. The respondents 1 and 2 cannot interfere in such a dispute. Hence, the prayer sought for in this petition cannot be granted.

4. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the civil Court.
