ORDER

The present petition is filed to direct the second respondent not to interfere in a civil dispute between the petitioners and the third and fourth respondents.

2.When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based upon the complaint given by the third and fourth respondents enquiry has been conducted and the same has been closed on 17.06.2021 in Current Paper https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.8280 of 2021 Nos.G2/1273 and G2/1271 as "civil in nature" and advised the parties to approach the civil Court for appropriate relief. 3.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
