ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the third respondent police to file final report in Crime No.11 of 2023 dated 29.05.2023 within the stipulated time period as may be fixed by this Court. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) submits that the investigation has been completed and they need two months time to complete the investigation and file the final report. 3.Considering the submissions of the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side), this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent police to complete the investigation and to file the final report before the concerned Court, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 27.06.2024 NCC :
