ORDER
It is an application seeking a direction to the second respondent to register a case based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 19.05.2016.
2.When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, a case has been registered in Crime No.13 of 2016 under Sections 406, 408 and 120B IPC by the second respondent Police. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
