O RDER On the side of the petitioner it is stated that both the first petitioner and the defacto complainant and their respective counsels were present. A memo of compromise was filed. It is stated that during the pendency of these petition, the second petitioner is dead. All other petitioners and the defacto complainant and the respective counsels on either side have signed the compromise memo. The identity of the first petitioner and the second respondent were verified. The Aadhaar Cards of the parties were also verified. The learned counsel for the petitioner stated that since the third petitioner is ill, the fourth petitioner is taking care of her and he could not make her presence before this Court.

2. The issue involved in this case is a matrimonial dispute and now the dispute between the husband and wife is settled. In view of the same, the presence of the third and fourth petitioners is not necessary. It is stated that the petitioner and the second respondent get consent divorce before the concerned Court. The defacto complainant accepted her willingness to go for compromise.

3. In view of the compromise, the memo of compromise filed before the registry is recorded and the case in Crime No.5 of 2020 pending on the file of the first respondent is quashed. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
