ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the first respondent to make necessary corrections in the revenue records in respect of land comprised in Survey No.357/9B, an extent of 00036 sq.m. situated at Sanamangalam Village, Mannachanallur Taluk, Tiruchirappalli District by considering the petitioner's representation dated 24.07.2024.

2. Mrs.S.Jeya Priya, learned Government Advocate, takes notice for the respondents.

3. By consent of both parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission.

4. The petitioner claiming absolute right over the property based on the registered sale deed dated 22.07.1982 in Document No.1510/1982 and has put up a construction and the patta was also issued in Patta No.169 in the name of the petitioner's father.

5. This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 24.07.2024 based on 2/4

the records submitted by the petitioner and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
