RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to pass an order relaxing the bail condition which was imposed on the petitioner by an order of this Honourable Court dated 21/12/2017 made in Crl.O.P(MD).No.17692/2017 of directing him to report before the Respondent Police daily at 10.00 am., in connection with Crime No.181/2017 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Asaripallam Police Station, Kanyakumari District Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.PALANI VELAYUTHAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mrs.M.ANANTHADEVI, Government Advocate(criminal side) for the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.17692 of 2017, dated 21/12/2017.
