ORDER
This petition is filed by the petitioners to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioners on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 02.04.2025.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (crl.side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, submits that as on date, there is no complaint/petition against the petitioners and they have not harassed the petitioners. He further submits that only on the assumption, the petitioners have filed this petition.
3. Considering the prayer sought for in this petition and the respondents denied the harassment and there is no complaint/petition against the petitioners, recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed. 09.04.2025 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes Rmk 2/4
