*********** [Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM, J.] The petitioner seeks a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 5 to remove the encroachment made by respondents 6 to 14 in Karungal Village in Survey Nos.133/1 and 138/2, as per the order of the fifth respondent in Na.Ka.No.1088/2017/jp 3, dated 19.10.2017 by considering his representation dated 29.01.2018.
2. The counter affidavit of the fifth respondent informs that the respondents 6 to 14 herein filed W.P.(MD).Nos.19720, 20107, 20108, 20109, 20127, 20126, 20162 and 20163 of 2017, challenging the action of the fifth respondent in issuing notices dated 19.10.2017 and obtained interim order of stay.
