ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed, seeking a direction to the respondents to grant permission and accord protection for conducting the Kabadi Tournament scheduled to be held on 14.07.2018 at 9.00p.m., to 15.07.2018 at 9.00 a.m., for one day, in Sivakamipuram ground, Puthukudieruppu, Panagudi, Tirunelveli District. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner would be satisfied, if the representation of the petitioner dated 03.07.2018 is directed to be considered and an order to that effect would be passed, within a time frame that may be fixed by this Court.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that if the said representation is pending with the respondents, the same shall be considered on merits and in accordance with law.
5.Considering the said circumstances, without going into the merits of the case, this Court is inclined to direct the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 03.07.2018 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law on or before 13.07.2018.
6.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
