O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to take action upon the petitioner's representations dated 25.02.2022 given to the second respondent and 05.04.2022 given to the first respondent.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that some persons were threatened the petitioner and her family members and also attacked them hence, the petitioner lodged complaints on 25.02.2022 and 05.04.2022. Since no action was taken on the said complaints, this Writ Petition was filed.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents submitted that the latest complaint of the petitioner, dated 05.04.2022 will be considered within a period of four weeks. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the respondents police are directed to consider the petitioner's complaint dated 05.04.2022 and pass appropriate orders on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P(MD). No.9945 of 2022 from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that no favorable direction is given in favour of the petitioner. 5.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
