Though the petitioner sought for larger prayer in this writ petition, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that it would suffice, if the representation of the petitioner dated 19.02.2015 is considered by the respondents 2 and 3.
2.Considering the said submission and without going into the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents 2 and 3 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 19.02.2015 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
