3. The case of the petitioner-Association (in short "the Association") is that pursuant to the tender awarded to R5, the drivers of the Association have been restrained from operating their taxis even outside the premises of the Airport. Since a complaint was lodged by the Association against R5, Section 107 Cr.P.C. proceedings were initiated and on 05.03.2015, a Peace Committee meeting was also convened in the presence of R2 to R5. Though it was decided to permit the drivers of the Association to enter the Airport, subsequently, they were restrained by R3 to R5. Aggrieved by the same, the Association is before this Court with the above prayer.
