PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of Habeas Corpus to call for the entire records pertaining to the detention order passed by the second respondent in Detention Order in No. 17/BCDFGISSSV/2024, dated 22.03.2024 and set aside the same as illegal and direct the respondents to produce the body or person of the petitioner's brother namely Manikandan, S/o.Malaiyarasan, male, aged about 32 years, who is detained in Central Prison, Salem before this Court and set him at liberty.
