PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned communication of the fourth respondent dated 10.06.2021 and to quash the same and with a consequential direction directing the respondents to shift the proposed HT transformer from the place near to the school compound to the place identified by the petitioner.

The Writ Petition is directed against the communication passed by the fourth respondent dated 10.06.2021 and for direction to the respondents to shift the proposed HT transformer from the place near to the school compound to the place identified by the writ petitioner.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner would submit that they have entered into settlement with the respondents and as such, nothing survives for further adjudication.
