The above petition has been filed seeking orders to condone the delay of 80 days in preferring the appeal, challenging the award passed in M.C.O.P.No.43 of 2019 dated 19.07.2024 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal / Subordinate Court, Padmanabhapuram.
2. Paper publication for the first respondent effected. Service held sufficient. No representation for the first respondent.
3. It is seen from the records that the respondents 2 and 3 were already given up.
4. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.
5. Considering the reasons assigned and also the quantum of delay, this Court is inclined to condone the delay.
Accordingly, this petition is ordered and the Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order and list it for admission in the usual course.
