This writ petition has been filed, seeking to call for the records on the file of the second respondent relating to the order issue in Na.Ka.A2/6110/2014 dated 05.12.2014 and to quash the same so far as the petitioner concerned consequently to direct the respondents not to pass any further orders.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner has circulated a letter to the registry for withdrawal of the case, based on the instructions given by the petitioner.
