ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking a direction to the third respondent to register the case based on the representation, dated 09.06.2016 and consequently direct the third respondent to recover the things which was stolen by the fourth respondent.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents 1 to 3 and the learned counsel for the fourth respondent.

3.It is represented by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) that as per the order, dated 24.06.2016, the petitioner has taken back all the articles and also issued an acknowledgement and he would further represent that petition enquiry has been conducted and closed.

4.In view of the above submission, the third respondent is directed to furnish a copy of the closure report to the counsel for the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not furnished already to the petitioner and on receipt of the same, it is open to the petitioner to take action in accordance with law. 5.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
