Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus forbearing the first respondent from registering any document presented by the respondents 2 and 3 in respect of property situated at Pasumalai, Thiruparankundram Village, Madurai District, comprised in R.S.No.36/3 to an extent of 7638 sq.feet and the building in R.S.No.36/2B to an extent of 5668 sq.feet, which absolutely belongs to the petitioner, on the basis of the representation dated 26.01.2015.

ORDER
The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
