The petitioner seeks issuance of writ of mandamus to direct the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 27.09.2024.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents.

3. The petitioner has made an application on 27.09.2024 and now, seeks expeditious disposal of the same.

4. Considering the limited relief sought for by the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of, directing the respondents to conduct survey based on the petitioner's application, dated 27.09.2024 and pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after issuing notice to the petitioner and the interested parties, if any, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
