PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to to direct the 1st and 2nd respondents to give necessary police protection to lives and limbs of the petitioner and her father namely Mr.S.Ayyavoo aged about 95 years. For Petitioner : M/s.G.Thalaimutharasu For Respondent : Mr.R.M.Anbunithi Nos.1 & 2 Additional Public Prosecutor For Respondent : Mr.T.K.Gopalan Nos.3 & 4

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to the 1st and 2nd respondents to give necessary police protection to lives and limbs of the petitioner and her father.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the respondent police conducted enquiry and the same was closed on 10.07.2021.
