This petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 not to harass the petitioner in the guise of enquiry based on the complaint given by the fourth respondent herein. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based upon the complaint given by the fourth respondent herein, enquiry was undertaken and during the course of the enquiry, it was found that https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.8494 of 2021 it is purely money transaction. So it was closed on 10.06.2021. A copy of the closure report is also submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

3.Since the enquiry has already been closed, nothing survives for further adjudication or consideration in this criminal original petition. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
