The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent for the offences punishable under Sections 11(3) & 12 of POCSO Act in Crime No.39 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the matter has been closed as 'Mistake of Fact'. Therefore, the question of grant of anticipatory bail does not arise.
3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
