[Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM, J.] The petitioner seeks a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to complete the entire construction works of Railway Under Bridge in Ponnaiyapuram Level Crossing in Paramakudi, based on his representation dated 26.02.2018 within the time limit that may be fixed by this Court.

2. Mr.S.C.Herold Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner, himself refers this Court to communication in f.vz;.vy;.rp. 473/2013/, ,tm-1/;ehs; 05.03.2018, issued by the fourth respondent herein. Such communication makes apparent that the concern of the petitioner has engaged the attention of the authorities and we have no reason to think that the same will not be duly addressed.

3. The Writ Petition shall stand closed with the above observation. No costs.
