PRAYER :- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the Impugned addendum issued by the TNPSC vide its notification No. 9D of 2024, dated 13.02.2025 and addendum Vide Notification No. 9E of 2024, dated 26.03.2025 and Provisional Certificate Verification List dated 17.03.2025 quash the same as illegal in so far it relates to the age Criteria for the posts coming under the purview of the Tamil Nadu Power Distribution Corporation Limited and consequently direct the respondents either to proceed on the basis of the Original Notification dated 26.07.2024 without age limit or to provide age concession of 2 years as per G.O(Ms)No.91, Human Resources Management Department dated 13.09.2021 within the period that may be fixed by this Court.
