This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking for a Mandamus directing the respondents 1 & 4 to provide adequate police protection for the petitioner to conduct 2nd and 11th day(viz 30.03.2015 & 08.04.2015) of Panguni Pongal Thiruvila for Arul Migu Mariamman Temple, Thiruthangal Village, Sivakasi Taluk, Virudhunagar District, within a stipulated period.
