This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation made by the petitioner and to pay the claim amount under the medical policy. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the petitioner who appeared in party-in-person, submitted that he was settled with the rejection letter issued by the second respondent. 3.In view of the fact that the second respondent has already rejected the claim made by the petitioner, no further orders can be passed in this Writ Petition and it is left open to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
