ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners/accused, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the offences punishable under Sections 294 (b),448, 323,366(A) and 506(i) of IPC in Crime No.137 of 2023 on the file of the respondent Police, seek anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners along with other accused under the pretext of love had kidnapped the victim girl. When the father of the victim questioned the same, the petitioners herein abused him, attacked him and also threatened with fire consequences.

4. It is seen that the petitioners along with the first accused under the pretext of love had kidnapped the victim girl. They also attacked the father of the victim, due to which he sustained grievous injuries. Further there is specific overt act as against the accused persons, as such custodial interrogation of the petitioners is very much required in this case, hence this court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
