PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertains to the check slip issued by the respondent dated 02.03.2015 under Registration Rule 27 and quash the same as illegal, unconstitutional, consequently direct the respondent to register the sale deed dated 02.03.2015 presented by the petitioner and release the same. O R D E R

The Writ Petition is filed challenging the check slip issued by the respondent dated 02.03.2015 under Registration Rule 27 and quash the same as illegal.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader.

3. The notice issued shall be treated as a show-cause notice and the petitioner cannot seek any grievance at this point of time. Writ is a premature one. It is made clear that the petitioner will appear before the authority and submit his explanation and produce all the documents and the respondent shall give sufficient opportunity of hearing to the petitioner for establishing his case and after giving opportunity to the petitioner, the respondent will pass appropriate orders.

4. The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above observation. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
