ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 341, 323 and 506(i) of IPC @ 341, 323, 506(i) and 304(ii) of IPC in Crime No.26 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that 05.03.2024, there was a wordy quarrel between the parties with regard to parking of the cycle, due to which, the petitioner waylaid the defacto complainant, pushed down the defacto complainant's sister and thereby, she caused injuries. The defacto complainant took her sister to the Government Hospital, Sivakasi, where she was under treatment and died after fifteen days. Hence, the case.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) for the respondent has strongly objected for grant of anticipatory bail on the ground that with regard to parking of 2/3

the cycle, the petitioner assaulted the victim and as a result, she died. 5.Considering the cause of the incident and the result, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 6.Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
