The writ petition filed by the petitioner seeking compensation at this stage is premature on the ground that the authorities already initiated proceedings in Na.Ka.No.1380/A1/2014, dated 17.11.2014 and an enquiry notice has also been issued to the petitioner calling upon him to appear in the enquiry proceedings along with necessary documents. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed. However, the official respondents are directed to complete the enquiry proceedings pending in Na.Ka.No.1380/A1/2014, dated 17.11.2014 and pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
