ORDER

It is an application seeking a direction to the second respondent to register a case based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 27.02.2016.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The sum and substance of the complaint of the petitioner is that the petitioner is a resident of United Kingdom. He has entered into a contract with the proposed accused to construct a house in his land at Thirumohur and also given a huge amount. The proposed accused demanded more money than what has been originally agreed. Therefore, the petitioner came to India to know about the stage of the construction of his house. is questioned, the proposed accused threatened the petitioner with dire consequences. As there was no case registered, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondents would submit that petition enquiry has been conducted and closed on 03.03.2016.

5.As it is submitted that petition enquiry has been conducted and closed, the second respondent is directed to furnish a copy of closure report to the petitioner. It is open to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law, based on the closure report.

6.This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of accordingly.
