ORDER

It is an application seeking a direction to the second respondent to complete the investigation and to file final report in Cr.No.563 of 2014 dated 13.8.2014 within the stipulated time as prescribed by this Court.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that the case in Crime No.563 of 2014 has been closed and action has been dropped and action dropped report has already been submitted before the concerned Magistrate on 30.06.2015.

5.In view of the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. However, it is open to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law after receipt of the report, by which action is dropped.
