ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.C.HEROLD SINGH, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to condone the delay of 1123 days in representing the writ petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay is condoned on condition that the petitioner shall provide 20 plastic mats (measuring 3ft X 6ft)to the Special Children with Different Disabilities, being taken care of by M/s.Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan (SSA), IENRSTC, BDO Campus, Kundrathar Block, Padapai, Kanchipuram District- 601 301(Phone No.044-27174701) on or before 30.11.2018.

4. Registry is directed to number the writ petition on furnishing necessary acknowledgment in proof of supply of mats to the said Centre.
