ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent police to expedite the investigation in connection of Cr. No. 97/2013 dated 19.10.2013 pending before the respondent police and investigate the same and file a final report within the period specified by this Honourable Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that the respondent requires two months time to complete the investigation.

4. Recording the submission made, the respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file final report within a

period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
