This petition is filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to register a case based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 12.12.2015.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.
3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions, would submit that the enquiry was conducted on the petitioner's complaint and thereafter the same was closed as 'action dropped'. He also produced a copy of the closure report before this Court. He further submitted that a copy of the closure report was also served to the learned counsel for the petitioner.
