ORDER

The writ petition had been filed in the nature of mandamus, seeking a direction against the second respondent/Tahsildar, Taluk Office, Thiruppuvanam, Sivagangai District, to sub-divide and grant separate patta for the petitioner's property at S.No. 31/8A5A, measuring 1094 1⁄2 sq.ft and S.No. 31/8A5A measuring 170 Sq.ft in patta no. 502, at Ladanendhal Revenue Village, Thiruppuvanam Taluk, Sivagangai District. The petitioner had made an online application on 08.03.2023.

2.A direction is issued to the second respondent to issue notice to the petitioner herein, examine the documents of the petitioner and if required, issue notice to the persons, who are either directly or indirectly interested in grant of patta to the petitioner, and if there are no objections, proceed further as per the application made by the petitioner. The entire exercise should be completed, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3.With the above directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed. No costs.
