*********** The petitioner has come up with the present Writ Petition seeking a Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to register any document with regard to property situated in Madurai District, Tirumangalam Taluk, Odaipatty Village in S.F.No.87/2A, excluding the property of the petitioner mentioned in Settlement Deed dated 25.08.1976.

2. This Court is of the view that seeking such a relief, the petitioner has to approach the competent Civil Court. Hence, the Writ Petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the competent Civil Court. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
