*********** [Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] The present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed by the mother of the detenu, seeking a Writ of Habeas Corpus, directing the respondents to produce the person or body of the detenu, namely, Banupriya, D/o.Malaipandi, aged about 19 years, before this Court and set her at liberty.

2. Today, when the Habeas Corpus Petition is taken up for hearing, it is reported by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the investigation reveals that the detenu has eloped with the fourth respondent herein and she is stated to be in Andhra Pradesh. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Considering the above, we are not inclined to entertain the Habeas Corpus Petition. Accordingly, the Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed, making it clear that the investigation shall go on.
