ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 468, 420 and 506(1) of IPC in Crime No.543 of 2020, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. It is reported by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) that the petitioner is having 13 previous cases in Crime Nos.29/2014, 22/2016, 140/2016, 15/2017, 60/2017, 263/2018, 428/2017, 484/2017, 641/2018, 294/2019, 354/2020, 378/2020 and 535/2020 on the file of the respondent Police.

CRL OP(MD). No.8246 of 2021 bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
