RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed in Crl.OP(MD)No.8069 of 2020 dated 03.08.2020 on the file of this Hon'ble Court. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.B.ANANDAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) appearing for the State.

2. According to the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly from 07.08.2020 and the investigation is completed.

3. Considering the fact that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditional order, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is relaxed and the petitioner shall report before https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.4187 of 2020 the respondent police once in a week, i.e. on every Monday at 10.30.am.
