The petitioner has come forward to file the writ petition for a direction to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 20.03.2014, for appointment to the post of Secondary Grade Teacher in the next recruitment on preferential basis, based on the marks obtained by the petitioner in the TET Examination held on 17.08.2013.

2. The case of the petitioner has not been considered and hence, he has made a representation on 20.03.2014 to the respondents for appointment to the post of Secondary Grade Teacher. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. As the recruitment process itself is over as early as on 17.08.2013, nothing survives for adjudication in the matter. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
