RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time limit granted in CrlO.P.(MD)No.4437 of 2020 dated 12.03.2020 on the file of this Honble Court and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.MANDHIRALINGESWARAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this Court.

2. This Court, by an order dated 12.03.2020 in Crl.OP.(MD) No.4437 of 2020 granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner on condition that the petitioner shall contribute a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousnad Only) which will be spent for the benefit of the inmates of the Government Leprosy Home, Y.Pudhupatti, Maudrai. Sofar, the petitioner did not contribute the aforesaid amount and execute the sureties before the concerned Magistrate Court. After lapse of Six months, the petitioner has filed the instant petition for seeking an extension of time.

3. Heard both sides and perused the materials records available on record.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances, this Court is not inclined to allow the Criminal Original Petition and hence, the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
