O R D E R

This petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondents no.1 to 2 to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner and his family to their life and limb by considering the petitioner`s representation dated 27.03.2025.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents no.1 and 2 would submit that they received the representation from the petitioner and the same is under enquiry. Therefore, they will conduct enquiry and act in accordance with law.

3. Considering the prayer sought for in the petition, this Court even without issuing notice to the respondents no.3 and 4 inclined to pass orders in this petition.

4. The 2nd respondent admitted the receipt of the representation of the petitioner and the same is under enquiry. Therefore, it is for the 2nd Page No. 2 of 4

respondent to conduct enquiry on the representation of the petitioner dated 27.03.2025 and act in accordance with law after affording an opportunity to both the parties within a period of fifteen days [15] from the date of this order.

5. With the above said observation and direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
