Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.K.SURESH, Advocate for the petitioners and of Mr.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate(Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed for modification of the anticipatory bail condition imposed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.4129 of 2020 dated 05.03.2020.

2. This Court by order dated 05.03.2020 granted anticipatory bail to the petitioners on condition to deposit a sum of Rs.1,20,000/-(Rupees One Lakh and Twenty Thousand Only) each to the credit of the Crime number of the concerned Magistrate Court.

3. Heard both sides.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are drivers of the lorry and they were not in a position to mobilize the amount and seek two more weeks to impose the condition.

CRL MP(MD) No.4369 of 2020 5.Considering the facts and circumstance of the case, time is extended by Two more weeks from today.
