ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition seeking modification of the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.1872 of 2016 dated 26.05.2016.

2. The case of the prosecution is that on the petitioners who are arrayed as accused attacked the defacto complainant and causedinjuries and also abused him in filthy language. On complaint, a case has been registered against the petitioners for the offences under Sections 341,323 and 506(i) of IPC.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition from 31.05.2016.

5. Considering the fact that the petitioners are complying with the condition from 31.05.2016, the condition already imposed on the petitioners that the petitioners shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.11, Kuzhithurai daily twice at 10.30 am and 5.00 pm until further orders is totally relaxed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
