Heard the Learned Counsel for the Petitioner and the Learned Government Advocate for the Respondents.

2.By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final hearing. 3.No Counter affidavit is filed.

4.At this juncture, the Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner had addressed a representation, dated 13.08.2013, to the Second Respondent/District Registrar (Administration), Thanjavur District, seeking return of lease https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

deed, dated 05.08.2013, after registering the same. 5.It comes to be known that the aforesaid representation of the Petitioner, dated 13.08.2013, addressed to the Second Respondent, is pending till date, without any progress or disposal.

6.As such, this Court, at this stage, simpliciter, without going into the merits and contents of the representation of the Petitioner, dated 13.08.2013, in the subject matter in issue, directs the Second Respondent to look into the representation of the Petitioner, dated 13.08.2013 and to dispose of the same by passing a reasoned, speaking order (ofcourse, after providing necessary opportunity to the Petitioner and others concerned, if any, by adhering to the Principles of Natural Justice, by issuing notice), within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is open to the Petitioner to submit a fresh copy of the representation, dated 13.08.2013, before the Second Respondent/District Registrar (Administration), Thanjavur District, for quickening the process, so as to enable the Second Respondent to do the needful in his favour.

7.With the aforesaid observations and directions, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
